What is Privat24?

Privat24 is PrivatBank’s application. It lets you use your PrivatBank account with great ease.

You can download Privat24 for free from the Google Play Store by clicking >>HERE<< or from the App Store >>HERE<<.

You have to be a PrivatBank customer to use the app. In order to collect funds sent with EasySend, go to any of 8,000 cash collection points in Ukraine. You can find the list on our website.

Send zloty, collect hryvnias in Ukraine – how does it work?

To make an express transfer from Poland to Ukraine, log in to your EasySend Customer Panel (if you’re not yet our customer, create a free account on www.easysend.pl). Choose the input currency: PLN and the destination: Ukraine. Only USD and EUR will remain available, why? Well, PrivatBank will exchange these currencies into hryvnias. You can always check the current rate of USD/UAH and EUR/UAH on the official PrivatBank.website.
We’re going to introduce EasySend transfers directly to cards in hryvnias within the next few weeks. Until then, we’d like to let our customers choose from as many options as possible.

 

Why is it better to make a transfer with EasySend and not directly to a bank?

Banks charge additional, often hidden fees for each such transaction. They also increase the exchange rate to hide their gain in it.

Meanwhile, the first EasySend transfer is always free, and the commission for further transactions is always PLN 4.99 each, regardless of the amount sent.

We’ve prepared a comparison of how much you can save making a standard PLN 1,000 transfer:

Transfer to PrivatBank = UAH 6550,00

How can I collect money from Poland with the Privat24 app?

1. Log in to the Privat24 app on your phone
2. In the “All Services” menu pick “Transfers”, then “Express Money Transfer” and select “INTEL EXPRESS” (it’s EasySend’s official partner for transactions to Ukraine). Finally select the “Receive” option.
3. Enter the EasySend transfer receipt code received in a text message, then specify the currency and amount to be sent to your card in hryvnias (it can be the whole transfer received or a part of it).
4. Choose the card to which you want to transfer the funds and confirm the transaction. The card must be registered in PrivatBank.
5. Transfer successful! Money sent from Poland is now on the recipient’s card.

How can I collect money from Poland with a PrivatBank terminal?

1. Insert your card into the terminal
2. In the menu, choose the following options: “Banking services”, then “Receive money transfer” and “IntelExpress”
3. Enter the EasySend transfer receipt code sent in a text message [tracking number] and the required transaction details
4. Choose the card to which you want to transfer the funds and confirm the transaction.
5. Transfer successful! Money sent from Poland is now on the recipient’s card.

How can I collect money from Poland via phone?

1. Call 3700 (only for calls from Ukraine)
2. Choose the language and press 0 (zero) to speak to a PrivatBank consultant
3. Provide the consultant with all the necessary information (receipt code, your data and the number of the card to which funds are to be transferred)
4. Wait for the confirmation of transaction execution
5. Transfer successful! Money sent from Poland is now on the recipient’s card

How can I collect money from Poland at a PrivatBank ATM?

1. Insert your card into the ATM
2. In the menu, choose the following options: “Additional Services”, then “Money Transfers” and “IntelExpress”
3. Enter the EasySend transfer receipt code sent in a text message [tracking number] and the required transaction details
4. Choose the card to which you want to transfer the funds and confirm the transaction.
5. Transfer successful! Money sent from Poland is now on the recipient’s card.

Please note! If your receipt code contains a letter, you won’t be able to withdraw money at a PrivatBank ATM. Unfortunately, receipt codes are generated automatically, independently of our systems. In such situation money can be collected using other methods (terminal, application or phone call)
