Required Documents

Accordingly to Money Laundering Regulations and our Terms & Conditions - every Customer is required to provide us with documents confirming his identity and residential address within United Kingdom.


1 In order to confirm your identity, you should provide us with Photographic Identity Card:
  • Passport
  • EU Identity Card
  • Driving Licence - mainland only ( issued by Northern Ireland not acceptable )
All photographic ID must be valid on date of registration and have expire date.

2 In order to confirm the residence address, you should have one of the following documents:
  • Council Tax – Demand Letter or Statement - visible customer/reference number
  • Current Bank Statement - visible account numebr
  • Current Credit/Debit Card Statement - visible card number
  • Educational Grant/Other Grant - visible customer/reference number
  • Firearms Certificate
  • Housing Benefit - visible customer/reference number
  • ID card issued by Electoral Roll office
  • Inland Tax Revenue Notification - visible customer/reference number
  • Instrument of a Court Appointment
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Old Style Driving Licence – Mainland only
  • Photo Driving Licence – Mainland only
  • State Pension
  • Tax Credit - visible customer/reference number
  • Utility Bill - visible customer/reference number

Documents confirming the residential address should include: First and Last Name, address, and date of the document’s issue. The documents may not be older than three months.

Please note that In particular circumstances, Easysend may require additional documents to prove the source of funds. In case if the Customer fails to present required documents, EasySend shall have the right not to provide the money transfer service, according to our Terms & Conditions.
